Looking at Tom Kelley's 10 faces of innovation I looked at the ones which I feel I can mostly relate to. In these 10 faces there are three distinctive categories these being;

1. The Learning Persona
2. The Organising Persona
3. The Building Persona

For the learning persona I feel I am a mix of the experimenter and also the cross-polinator. While in the organising category I feel I am a mix of a collaborator and a hurdler. Finally in the building persona category I definitely feel I am the care giver. Below I have created a diagram of which faces I relate to. I have also attached a copy in to what each face means and the definitions of each category.
